Delete your account
Two ways, both immediate. You do not need to write to us.
In the game
Open OPTIONS > ACCOUNT > DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm.On the web, without the app
Sign in with the same Google account on our server's deletion page and confirm.

What is deleted
- Your account and its public ID
- Your nickname on the account
- Ratings, ranks and season results
- Your friend list, friend requests and blocks
- All sign-in tokens
What is kept, and for how long
- Database backups: a deleted account drops out of the last 14 nightly backups as they expire.
- Match logs: 14 to 90 days, depending on the match type, then deleted.
- Reports about rule breaks: until handled, then 180 days.
- Crash reports and feedback you chose to send: the newest 500 of each, or until the problem is fixed. Ask and we delete them sooner.
Playing as a guest?
Guests have no account. Uninstalling the app removes the random player ID from your phone. To delete the hidden Quick Match rating kept on our server, write to us with your nickname and roughly when you played.
